MK Gallery’s Learning Programme aims to support and complement the National Curriculum while also promoting the importance of cultural learning among children and young people. We believe that every young person should feel comfortable with experiencing and participating in contemporary art and that it is our responsibility to help young people develop a positive experience of the arts.

MK Gallery works closely with schools, colleges and universities to deliver a diverse range of artistic learning activities for students of all ages. All our activities are artist-led, drawing on the skills and expertise within our freelance artist pool to create learning experiences that are fun, experimental and challenging.
