Alfred Leslie, Cool man in a Golden Age: Selected Films

Artist and Film-maker, Alfred Leslie was a key figure in the extraordinary New York art scene of the 1950s and 60s. Working in collaboration with some of the most forward thinking minds of the 20th Century as Allan Ginsberg, Jack Kerouac and Frank O'Hara, Leslie's films are some of the most significant documents of this heady time. This screening includes the seminal beat film 'Pull My Daisy' made with Robert Frank, The Last Clean Shirt made with Frank O'Hara as well as a selection of interviews.
