The Point Souvenir Shop: A Big Send Off

20.11.2014

The Point Souvenir Shop: A Big Send Off

Thursday 20 November / 7pm / Free (donations welcome)
Pre-booking essential online via Eventbrite

An evening of commemorative activity for Milton Keynes' iconic red ziggurat, The Point, including a lecture on The Pyramids of Great Britain by author

David Winpenny.

Shopping will commence in The Point Souvenir Shop, our November Project Space exhibition by artist Emily Shepherd. This will see the space transformed into a collection of personal reflections on this iconic landmark, as visitors exchange memories for tokens, which can then be exchanged for handmade souvenirs. Find out more about The Point Souvenir Shop

Find out about the development and creation of the souvenirs through workshops held at Milton Keynes Art Centre in October, by clicking here
