Ingrid Plum
Ingrid Plum is an experimental folk singer, songwriter and producer based in Brighton. Her solo work ‘blends traditional folk sensibilities with a modern lyricism’ and has been described by The Guardian as ‘starkly beautiful, like an arctic tundra’. For this event, Plum will perform John Cage’s Aria (1958).

John Garcia Rueda
Rueda is a sonic artist with a  cross-genre/cross-disciplinary approach. He has  composed music and designed sound for film documentaries, dance works and multimedia installations as well as being involved in transdisciplinary collaborations within the areas of theatre & performance, fine arts and literature.

For this event, Rueda will be responding to the pioneering early algorithmic work of Manfred Mohr in our current exhibition, How to Construct a Time Machine.

Jonny Hill
Jonny Hill is a sound artist based in Milton Keynes who's work uses a number of different approaches swinging freely between reel-to-reel tape collage, guitar abuse, modular synth workouts and turntablism.

Hill will also be responding Mohr’s work with a specially devised performance utilising multiple speakers.
