Looking for something to do with the kids this Half Term? Book onto one of our free workshops, where we'll be exploring sight and hearing through various art activities and materials, and produce a work of art to take home with you.

Making a brain sculpture

Mini Makers

Here's what's coming up at Mini Makers, our free programme of artist-led activities running every Saturday from 1 - 3pm (for ages 4+)

 

Brain Making / Sat 11 Feb

Build your own sculpture inspired by the brain.

 

Drawing Your Senses / Sat 18 Feb

Discover how to draw and paint sounds, smells and tastes. 

 

Mini Movers / Sat 25 Feb

A movement based session inspired by our current exhibition.

Start The Art

Our ever-popular session for parents with toddlers running every Tuesday from 11am - 12noon.

 

Tues 14 Feb / Help us build a large-scale collaborative sculpture. 

 

Tues 21 Feb / Explore feelings through colour.

 

Tues 28 Feb / Help us celebrate World Book Day. Bring along your favourite story book to share with the rest of the group.

Pop into the Gallery this Half Term and immerse yourself in our current exhibition by film artist Daria Martin.

 

The exhibition centres around four films, which explore themes including robots, dreams and and magic tricks.
