Inter-Action MK: Opening Doors - from hurt to hope

6 - 30 January 2011

 

Opening Doors - from hurt to hope is an art project organised by Inter-Action MK aimed at raising awareness about Domestic Abuse.

 

A group of teenage girls working with the MK Youth Offending Team have created the doors that reflect their thoughts and responses during a series of workshops looking at what makes a Healthy Relationship.

Every Saturday during exhibitions: Art Trolley / 11am - 1pm / Free

Drop in and enjoy our free art sessions for families, which offer you creative and enjoyable ways to enjoy our exhibition.

Family Advisory Session

We are establishing an advisory group to support the planning and development of our Family Programme. We'd love to hear from all types of families and welcome your feedback at a series of quarterly sessions.

 

Join us at our first session on Saturday 29th January from 11am - 12pm when you will have an opportunity to work directly with our Learning Team and feed in ideas for our future programme.

We are currently recruiting for interns to join our Learning and Administration departments. Both positions are 2-3 days a week for a period of 12-16 weeks.

 

This a great opportunity for those interested in developing a career in the arts and looking to gain more experience in the sector.
