Future City Visual Access Tour

Future City Visual Access Tour

Monday 9 December / 2pm / Free*

MK Gallery's next Audio Described tour for people with visual impairment takes place in the Future City, exhibition, which looks back at the utopian origins of Milton Keynes in order to consider its future, and provides a context for MK Gallery's planned expansion.

Led by MK Gallery's Learning Coordinator, Hannah Gaunt, this friendly, informal tour will last for about an hour and requires no specialist knowledge of art.    The exhibition includes early models of the city centre, features a room by the architects selected to design the Gallery’s future expansion, and includes a community section incorporating school pupil designs for a future MK Gallery, together with selected MK memorabilia lent by members of the public.

There will be time at the end of the tour to ask questions while enjoying free tea and biscuits.

*Free, but please pre-book your place by callingl 01908 558 305 or visit  the Information Desk.
